How struggle of life becomes harder in a corporate which have these negative sides

Well, there aren’t many negative sides of a corporate but the ones which exist, really affect you, your life, and your relations. So how do you imagine your work and life should be? working in a big company getting handful of money and enjoying your life with no ease? Well, this is not the case in reality.

Life is not easy, only you can make them easy with your thoughts

Once you get into corporate life, the first thing that comes into your life is the responsibility of many things but the most crucial responsibility which drags you every day into your corporate life is financial responsibility. Everyone wants to be a billionaire or millionaire, everyone talks about billionaires or millionaires but what about those people who belong to a middle-class family.
Are they not human? Are they only need to suffer?. Why I am telling you all these because when you see the pressure and efforts people put into their corporate work and what they are getting from that in terms of time, peace of mind and money are not comparable.
Some people have their dream job, working so hard to make their life easy and better. Why bind him with dirty politics, why you should give so much stress that work becomes a burden for him and they buried under them with their responsibility. Are family relations not important for them?. There should be no such problems if they are thinking about his or her life or thinking about family. Many companies are now started removing wfh, cutting holidays per year, not giving leaves when required, and working overtime.

If you leave an organisation due to compensation you can return once, But if you leave due to bad work culture you would never return

First of all, work is not life, it is a part of life that one should definitely do, not in thinking to earn money and becoming rich but to enjoy life and make family member’s life enjoyable because they are the only one’s who help you to reach at that point. Believe or not at some point in your life you will regret why I didn’t do this or that at that time which I had able to do back then.

So stop thinking and start taking steps in your life which is important for you and really build your interest. Definitely, that will lead to great success.
